This is the original Tri-level as purchased by Rinato Homes. It is about 1500 s.f. with 8' ceilings.

Here is the concept drawing. Because of Denver Zoning laws we had to keep the front of the original structure. The first floor walls and roof are original. But I managed to convert the 8' ceilings to 10' anyway.

Here is the completed home. The builder decided to modify the exterior a bit. The home sold within 3 months of completion for 1.6 Million. What an excellent job by Rinato Homes, and they saved a lot of money by keeping parts of the original home which is always a good thing.
